How to Cancel an Adobe Subscription
Adobe makes canceling your subscription easy, but understanding how the process works and its ramifications is essential before beginning. Be aware of whether your contract is monthly or annual and what its consequences may be for canceling it.
If you cancel within 14 days, your subscription will be fully refunded; otherwise, a lump sum payment for any remaining contracts must be made.
1. Log in to your account
Adobe is an industry-leading computer software company that offers its users an expansive array of products. Adobe products can be found across industries, from graphic design and video editing to web design and cloud storage services. Subscriptions may be canceled via Adobe’s website or customer service department, and refunds or trial periods renewed; however, Adobe may impose cancellation fees. To avoid these, users should decide before the free trial period.
To cancel an Adobe subscription, log into your account online and click “Manage plan.” When prompted for a reason for canceling, select one and confirm cancellation; depending on when this occurred, you may still qualify for a full refund.
After you log into your Adobe account, navigate to the Plans page and click “Cancel your plan.” When asked why they wish to cancel their plan (you can also include notes), select your reason, then click “Cancel Plan.” Finally, you will be required to enter payment information and confirm cancellation.
After signing into your account, the Plans and Products page will appear. Here, you’ll see a listing of all subscriptions you currently hold – these appear in a column on the right-hand side. To cancel a plan subscription, click “Manage plan” next to its name.
Once you select a reason for canceling your subscription, Adobe will prompt you to choose one from its pre-loaded options or create your custom reason. After selecting click “Cancel My Plan,” Adobe will ask for additional verification information, such as email address and password, before commencing with the plan’s cancellation. After this verification step has taken place successfully, an email stating your cancellation will be sent directly to you via Gmail.
2. Go to the Plans page
Adobe is the world’s premier software package, but you may no longer require its services. In such a situation, canceling your subscription should be simple by following a few easy steps. Adobe offers various subscription plans, so choose one that best meets your needs.

On the next page, Adobe will ask if you want to change your mind; if that is not what you wish for, choose No thanks and continue the process. Adobe may attempt to persuade you otherwise by offering discounted packages or free storage space – ignore these offers and continue canceling.
Once you select “No thank you,” the next page will outline that if you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to Adobe products and services, as well as some potential reasons why reconsideration might be beneficial – these suggestions should be disregarded in favor of continuing the process.
As soon as you’ve chosen to cancel your subscription, Adobe will send an email informing you of this decision. You should keep this email for future reference should any issues arise with your subscription. This notification should remain with your records so Adobe can assist with any problems.
