Staying connected to your health has never been more straightforward with the MyChart patient portal – secure, available 24/7, and easy to use!

Note: MyChart replaced our previous patient portals in March 2023. Any visits after that date will appear in your new MyChart account.

Access Your Health Information

Access your health records, schedule appointments, and communicate with doctors from any computer, tablet, or mobile phone – without leaving the comfort of home! Connect your Trinity Health myChart account to third-party apps called portals that give access to medical records of yourself or someone else with proxy rights.

Trinity Hospital Twin City and Trinity Medical Group patients can use MyChart patient portals to access their health records online securely, 24/7. These secure websites offer you 24-hour access to personal health data such as test results, bill payments, and refill requests – giving them peace of mind for better healthcare access and decision-making.

Registering with the myTrinity Health patient portal requires providing photo identification and email address to our registration professionals at one of Trinity Medical Group locations; to find a Trinity Medical Group location, visit the myChart website.

St. Joseph’s Health has switched to Trinity Health MyChart as its new patient portal to meet your needs better. Starting March 18, 2023, all information from visits to your physician or hospital beginning will be made available in your own Trinity Health myChart account with its username and password to sign in securely.

Please register for the myTrinityHealth patient portal by providing photo identification and your fax or e-mail address to the registration professionals at one of our hospitals. Once this information has been validated, you’ll receive either an e-mail or a call from us with instructions on how you can log into myChart.

Schedule Appointments

Trinity Health is dedicated to making healthcare simple for you. Our patient portal gives you access to your medical information, allows communication with the care team, and makes appointment booking accessible from any computer, tablet, or smartphone.

If you don’t yet have an account, self-enrolling from the comfort of your own home or office is quick and straightforward.

MyChart provides an overview of your practice and hospital billing accounts, including any outstanding balances, charges, and recent payments. In addition, MyChart allows you to make online payments for medical bills and visit copays using either a bank account or credit card payment services; see your test results, schedule future appointments instantly using one click, and view test results instantly.

Pay Your Bills

Trinity Health asks each customer who attends appointments or receives services to pay a co-payment at the time of service. If you have health insurance, Trinity Health will file the appropriate claim with their payer; however, it remains your responsibility to understand your coverage and benefits provided by your plan. It is advisable that before receiving services at any Trinity Health site, you contact your insurance carrier. Hence, they are aware of precertification requirements, including for services like invasive procedures, CT scans, and colonoscopies, which require precertification requirements before receiving services at any Trinity Health site to prevent denial or reduction of payment from insurance payers.
